延正勋与韩佳人在2003年KBS电视剧《黄手帕》中饰演情侣，并擦出火花。他们从一开始谈恋爱，态度就非常认真，以“结婚为前提”。此后，韩佳人经常跟着延正勋回家见延家长辈，二人也经常到大学校园和电影院等处约会，从不遮遮掩掩。

2005年12月31日是延正勋和韩佳人相识第600天，延正勋带着韩佳人到一个江边的酒店吃饭。饭席中，只见一个气球升上天，气球爆炸后一个条幅垂下来，上面写着延正勋向韩佳人求婚的文字。喜上加喜的是，韩佳人当天在2004KBS演技大奖颁奖礼中获得了优秀奖，因此韩佳人表示那是“一辈子都忘不了的一天”。

悲：爱到尽头覆水难收崔真实赵成敏

2000年底，崔真实与小她5岁的棒球明星赵成敏结婚，然而韩剧中的灰姑娘并没有遇到真正的王子，婚后他们矛盾不断，赵成敏更是多次暴打崔真实，甚至在她怀孕的时候。

　 2002年，赵成敏向崔真实提出离婚。但离婚的过程颇为曲折，他们的婚姻只有3年零9个月，“离婚纠纷”就长达两年之久。最后崔真实获得了两个孩子的抚养权和监护权，而崔真实姐姐和母亲借给赵成敏的1.87亿韩元的债务转到了崔真实名下。
